Learning from Experience: Lessons from Community-based Engagement for Improving Participatory Marine Spatial Planning

Marine spatial planning (MSP) is critiqued for inadequate stakeholder engagement practices, particularly determining community-level interests. Community foundational to community planning, a local-level process in terrestrial planning.
